Senior Partner Project Manager (Fluent Polish)

About the role

Fever, a global tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is hiring a Senior Partner Project Manager in Vienna. You will manage the full lifecycle of partner events, from the moment the sales and legal team signs the commercial contract until the event closes, acting as the main point of contact between the event organizer and all internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end process and coordinate other departments' tasks so everything happens on time and in the right form
• Communicate product and process needs to HQ and work with product and engineering to deliver them, prioritising requirements with the product team
• Create and maintain an exhaustive Q&A to cover potential user issues handled by the user support team
• Ensure all requirements needed to meet project goals have the necessary documentation
• Be present on site during launches or other key dates depending on the event

Required profile

• Degree qualified with a project management background; 4+ years in a project management role or consulting background (event experience is a plus)
• Fluent English, German and Polish; other languages are a plus
• Entrepreneurial, detail-oriented, analytical and organised, able to coordinate other departments and handle parallel work streams
• Able to communicate with events partners, brands, agencies and talent, and to think strategically about events partnerships
