Senior Specialist, Information Security

About the role

As a Senior Specialist in Information Security you will lead and scale major elements of security governance within a regulated fintech environment. You will own complex GRC domains, drive measurable improvements in control effectiveness and act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Own and evolve GRC domains such as ISMS operations, business continuity, and risk governance, defining strategy, annual plans and success metrics.
• Facilitate high‑impact risk assessments for new products, architectural changes and critical vendors, ensuring consistent rationale and timely remediation.
• Lead multi‑entity audits and regulator‑facing assessments, design risk‑based control testing programs and drive durable remediation.
• Set due‑diligence and monitoring requirements for critical third‑party suppliers and partner with Procurement/Legal on security contract obligations.
• Mentor junior security specialists, set documentation standards and translate GRC requirements for engineering and operations teams.

Required profile

• 6–10 years of experience in information security GRC, audit, risk management or related roles.
• Proven track record leading audits/assessments and delivering remediation across multiple teams.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 27001, DORA and other frameworks such as SOC 2, PCI DSS or NIST.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, capable of producing executive‑ready materials.
