Operator Chemical Production (all genders)

About the role

You will be responsible for the safe and precise manufacturing of chemical products, from synthesis to the finished batch, ensuring reliable processes, thorough documentation, and consistent product quality.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out organic chemical syntheses and produce chemical liquids in batches up to 250 litres.
• Operate production equipment and follow work instructions, quality, and safety requirements.
• Record production data in SAP and document each step according to regulatory standards.
• Contribute ideas and support continuous improvement of production processes.

Required profile

• Completed vocational training in a chemistry‑related field (e.g., chemical laboratory technician, production technician, technologist).
• Strong focus on quality and safety with a careful, reliable work approach.
• Willingness to work shifts when needed; regular schedule is standard working hours.
• Very good written and spoken German.
