LomoLAB Internship

About the role

Join Lomography's LomoLAB in Vienna and learn the full process of analog photo development, scanning and printing. This hands‑on internship offers the chance to grow responsibilities after the program.

Key responsibilities

• Operate the minilab: film development, scanning, image processing and printing.
• Provide customer service for film services and communicate with service technicians.
• Manage stock, consumption and ordering of lab materials.
• Perform backend tasks for online lab fulfillment, including order checks and photo uploads.
• Assist with film tests, hand‑spooling, repairs and occasional marketing activities.

Required profile

• EU/EEA/Swiss citizenship or valid Austrian work permit.
• Basic knowledge of analogue photography and detail‑oriented, independent work style.
• Strong communication skills in German and English.
• Willingness to learn and improve processes.

Required skills

• Basic Photoshop knowledge.
• Operational knowledge of Fuji Frontier minilab.
• Experience with Epson flatbed and other film scanners.
