HR Operations Intern

About the role

As an HR Operations Intern at Bitpanda you will support the end‑to‑end employee lifecycle in a fast‑growing environment. The 12‑month full‑time internship provides hands‑on operational ownership and prepares you for a future People Operations career.

Key responsibilities

• Draft HR documentation and handle daily administrative tasks across every stage of the employee journey.
• Maintain, update and audit employee records in Workday with high accuracy.
• Resolve first‑line employee inquiries via the Jira ticketing system, meeting SLAs with empathy.
• Collaborate on operational projects and process improvements with the HR Operations team.

Required profile

• Genuine passion for HR Operations and the employee lifecycle.
• Detail‑oriented with a strong focus on data accuracy.
• Proactive learner, adaptable and ready to take ownership of daily support tasks.
• Fluent English communicator with a service‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Workday (HRIS) – experience or willingness to learn.
• Jira ticketing system – experience or willingness to learn.
