Working Student HRIS

About the role

Red Bull is looking for a motivated student to join its HRIS team onsite in Elsbethen, working 20-25 hours per week as soon as possible. You will work alongside HRIS experts and managers, contribute to process improvements, support innovative HR technology solutions and collaborate with colleagues across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and develop HR processes and tools within the HRIS landscape, working with experienced team members and stakeholders.
• Act as a point of contact for questions about HR systems and processes, helping investigate incidents, document requirements and find solutions together with HR and IT colleagues.
• Support enhancement initiatives, change requests and ongoing HRIS projects, including testing and coordination tasks.
• Create and maintain documentation for HRIS tools and processes, and help prepare training materials, knowledge-sharing sessions and user guidance.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems or a related field.
• Strong interest in HR technology, digital processes and the intersection of HR and IT.
• Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise and work in a fast-paced environment, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of HR systems such as SAP HR, SuccessFactors or similar is beneficial but not required.
• Initial experience through internships, university projects or student jobs in HR, IT, data management or related areas is a plus.

The minimum salary for this position is €2,221 gross per month, as disclosed under the collective agreement.
