Area HRIS Specialist

About the role

Red Bull is looking for an Area HRIS Specialist to join its headquarters team in Austria. You will act as the go-to expert for HR teams in the HQ region, making HRIS run smoother, smarter and faster, bridging global vision and local action and driving system upgrades.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert technical support and troubleshooting for HR teams in the HQ region and ensure HRIS processes run smoothly, resolving system issues quickly
• Champion data quality and accuracy across all HR master data modules and own HRIS service and support delivery for the region
• Identify and drive process improvements for greater efficiency and user experience, collaborating with global HRIS teams to align system functionality with business needs
• Support development and testing of new features tailored to the region when needed
• Take part in HRIS-related projects, coordinating and executing tasks as directed by HRIS managers and contributing to project documentation and training materials
• Deliver training sessions for HR teams and new joiners, adapting existing resources to boost adoption and answering user questions

Required profile

• 3 years' experience working with HR information systems
• Solid knowledge of HR processes
• Analytical, structured and results-driven approach, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• University or bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Information Technology is beneficial
• Preferred: experience in HRIS governance and compliance, and prior HR project support experience

Required skills

• HR information systems such as SAP HR, SuccessFactors, Taleo, SmartRecruiters, Anaplan or BI tools
• Strong English and German

The stated minimum salary under the collective agreement is EUR 2,509 gross per month, though the actual pay is market-oriented and higher.
