Global HRIS Specialist (Talent Solutions)

About the role

Red Bull is looking for a Global HRIS Specialist within its Talent Solutions team. The role helps shape and improve talent solutions that enable HR teams worldwide to find and keep the right people and support employees throughout their career journey. It is a full-time position.

Key responsibilities

• Work with HR and IT teams to develop HR processes and solutions using modern technologies in a global, diverse environment.
• Become a trusted point of contact for the global HR community, helping colleagues make the most of talent systems and turning their needs into solutions.
• Share knowledge and deliver training sessions after implementation.
• Keep solutions running smoothly by coordinating incidents, maintaining high-quality documentation and spotting opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Contribute to enhancement projects across the talent landscape: analyse business requirements, align with stakeholders, test new solutions, facilitate HR training and coordinate go-live activities.

Required profile

• 2-3 years of experience with HR processes and HR technology projects in an international environment.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources, IT or equivalent work experience.
• Good understanding of talent-related HR processes.
• Fluent English (spoken and written); German is beneficial.
• Ability to work with different teams on several topics in parallel, with strong communication and relationship-building across HR and other Red Bull departments.
• Easily adapts to new requirements with a curious, solution-oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Experience with HR technology projects.
• AI project exposure is considered a plus.

The stated minimum salary under the collective agreement is EUR 2,509 gross per month, though the actual pay is described as market-oriented and higher.
