Specialist, Consolidation & Regional Finance

About the role

Join Bitpanda's Group Reporting team to support consolidation activities and day‑to‑day IFRS accounting. You will manage intercompany reconciliations, assist with year‑end audits and help improve reporting workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Perform month‑end, quarter‑end and year‑end closing tasks within the group consolidation workflow.
• Assist in drafting IFRS annual financial statements, disclosures and technical notes.
• Execute intercompany reconciliations to ensure accurate eliminations across entities.
• Prepare supporting schedules and documentation for external audits.
• Identify and implement improvements to consolidation templates and reporting processes.

Required profile

• 2+ years of hands‑on experience in group accounting, consolidation or audit support.
• Practical understanding of IFRS standards and experience with financial statement notes.
• Experience preparing year‑end audit working papers.
• Familiarity with group reporting software or ERP systems; LucaNet experience is a plus.
• Team player comfortable in a fast‑paced fintech environment.
