Senior Product Manager - Crypto

About the role

As a Senior Product Manager for Crypto you will own the execution of key features and user flows across Bitpanda’s crypto suite, including trading, staking and on‑chain deposits and withdrawals. You will work closely with Engineering, Design, Compliance and Legal to translate complex regulatory and technical requirements into seamless retail experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Take end‑to‑end ownership of a dedicated area within the crypto product suite from discovery through release and continuous iteration.
• Run comprehensive product discovery, frame problems, define hypotheses and validate solutions with users and data before engineering commitment.
• Write clear product requirements and partner with designers to ensure unambiguous execution by engineering and compliance teams.
• Define tracking events and success metrics for every feature to measure impact and guide data‑driven iterations.
• Manage cross‑functional trade‑offs, lead escalations and stay hands‑on during critical incidents.

Required profile

• Significant product management experience building customer‑facing products at a crypto, trading or fintech company.
• Strong passion for crypto, blockchain or trading.
• Proven track record of end‑to‑end product discovery and clear requirement writing.
• Exceptional reliability and willingness to take ownership, including during critical issues.

Required skills

• SQL or strong familiarity with data analysis for measuring feature impact.
