Sales Associate (Part‑time, 32 hours)

About the role

As a Sales Associate at Under Armour you will be the face of the brand, delivering memorable experiences to customers while driving sales in a fast‑paced retail environment. This part‑time (32 hours) position offers the chance to work with top‑performance apparel and footwear and develop your retail skills.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, provide personalized service and manage checkout transactions.
• Recommend appropriate apparel and footwear to meet customer needs.
• Maintain store appearance by stocking, straightening and cleaning merchandise.
• Handle both front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house tasks, including point‑of‑sale and payment processes.
• Process omni‑channel requests using digital tools in line with Under Armour policies.
• Promote the Rewards program to build customer loyalty.
• Adhere to scheduled working hours and attendance policies.
• Perform additional duties assigned by management.

Required profile

• Minimum age: 16 years (18 in California).
• Ability to lift up to 25 lb (12 kg) and perform physical tasks such as bending, squatting, and standing for extended periods.
• Fluent in the local language; basic English is a plus.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.

Required skills

• Basic computer operation (POS systems, handheld and mobile devices) for digital and omni‑channel tasks.
