Senior Sales Expert – Renewable Energy & Grid Storage

Join us and help drive the energy transition. As the leading optimizer of Grid Scale Storage across Europe, we are expanding our team and looking for a Senior Sales Expert who will play a key role in strengthening our position across Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Build relationships with renewable and grid‑scale storage developers in your region.
• Take full responsibility for the entire B2B sales cycle.
• Manage opportunities, maintain your pipeline, and close deals.
• Collaborate with colleagues to provide value at every stage of a client’s project.
• Share our vision at every touchpoint – calls, events, initiatives.
• Win and retain satisfied customers.

Required profile

• Passion for actively participating in the clean‑energy transition.
• At least 5 years of quota‑carrying sales experience.
• Understanding of the power industry and the role of flexibility in the energy transition.
• Competence in complex, solution‑oriented sales methods.
• Enthusiasm for articulating technical and business value.
• Experience developing and executing a comprehensive territory plan.
• Ability to leverage marketing automation strategies.
• Excellent oral and written communication in English and either Polish or Italian.
• Experience in the Polish or Italian markets (nice to have).
• Willingness to travel and drive the sales cycle on business trips.
• Value excellent team spirit and creative freedom.
