In‑Store Operations Specialist (Part‑time, Fixed‑term)

About the role

The In‑Store Operations Specialist at BOGGI Milano supports the store team in achieving commercial goals while ensuring smooth back‑office and omnichannel processes. You will manage cash operations, handle click‑and‑collect orders, and provide excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately manage cash register, invoicing, payments and Tax‑Free procedures in line with company policies.
• Oversee omnichannel activities such as Click&Collect and Seek&Send, meeting deadlines and guidelines.
• Provide customer service support and facilitate interactions between customers and sales advisors.
• Collaborate with colleagues, supporting the sales process and fostering a trustworthy environment.
• Prioritise daily tasks, manage time effectively and maintain a constructive attitude under pressure.

Required profile

• Minimum one year of experience in retail back‑office or operations, preferably in premium fashion.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and good command of English.
• Proficiency with IT and management systems; additional languages are a plus.
