National Anti-Corruption Consultant (Remote)

About the role

The United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) is seeking a National Consultant to support its anti‑corruption initiatives in Ukraine. Working remotely, the consultant will help assess youth competition submissions, conduct surveys on corruption impact, and facilitate capacity‑building workshops.

Key responsibilities

• Review submissions from young Ukrainian applicants and assist in selecting competition winners.
• Design and conduct a qualitative survey on the impact of corruption on youth, analyse quantitative data and prepare a comprehensive report.
• Translate workshop materials, presentations and communication documents provided by the GRACE team.
• Facilitate up to two anti‑corruption capacity‑building workshops in Lviv and produce two‑page outcome summaries for anti‑corruption authorities.
• Lead a workshop on meaningful youth engagement with anti‑corruption officials and draft a 10‑page report highlighting collaboration opportunities, including translation into Ukrainian.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in anti‑corruption projects, youth engagement or related fields.
• Strong background in survey design, data analysis and report writing.
• Fluency in English and Ukrainian with proven translation abilities.
• Excellent facilitation and presentation skills for workshops.
• Familiarity with UNODC’s GRACE Initiative and the UNCAC framework is an advantage.
