Manager, Growth Analytics

About the role

As the Manager, Growth Analytics at Bitpanda you will build the core decision engine for the redesigned Growth organization. You will establish trusted measurement, define customer economics and deliver high‑impact analysis that guides where the company invests.

Key responsibilities

• Set the Growth measurement strategy and operating model, defining company‑wide CAC, payback, LTV, cohort performance and incrementality.
• Lead forecasting, performance reviews and decision‑grade analysis to enable faster, economically grounded capital allocation.
• Build and mentor a high‑performing team of analytics engineers and senior analysts.
• Partner with Finance, Data, Product and channel leaders to create source‑of‑truth reporting and automate critical data workflows.
• Elevate experimentation quality and make insights widely accessible while maintaining strict analytical standards.

Required profile

• Proven track record of building or leading an analytics capability that influences commercial and product decisions.
• Technical credibility in SQL, data modeling, experimentation and measurement, with confidence to challenge weak analysis.
• Deep understanding of acquisition economics, cohorts, incrementality and forecasting.
• Ability to create clarity from fragmented data and prioritize models that materially improve outcomes.
• Strong cross‑functional leadership skills, guiding analysts and partnering with Data, Finance, Product and channel owners.
