GTM Engineer – High-Volume Email Outreach

About the role

This is a high‑ownership GTM Engineering role at a fast‑growing AI voice and communication platform for SMEs. You will build and run the outbound engine end‑to‑end, putting the company in front of thousands of qualified prospects each month and directly feeding the sales pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Build and operate high‑volume email sending infrastructure across dozens of mailboxes and domains, scaling safely to six or seven figures per month.
• Manage email deliverability end‑to‑end, including domain setup, warm‑up sequences, SPF/DKIM/DMARC configuration, bounce hygiene and inbox placement optimization.
• Write and test cold‑email copy that sounds human, personalizes at scale and converts.
• Own list building and data quality to ensure outreach reaches the right prospects.
• Design and run A/B tests on subject lines, messaging, send times and targeting to continuously improve conversion rates.
• Manage the MarTech and CRM stack, integrating tools such as Smartlead or Instantly to automate and scale outreach.
• Turn campaign data into actionable insights that drive pipeline growth.

Required profile

• 3+ years building and operating high‑volume email outreach infrastructure at scale (six to seven figures per month).
• Expert‑level knowledge of email deliverability fundamentals: domain setup, SPF/DKIM/DMARC, warm‑up protocols, bounce management and inbox placement.
• Hands‑on experience managing dozens or hundreds of mailboxes and domains across platforms like Smartlead, Instantly or comparable tools.
• Proven ability to write cold‑email copy that converts with a human tone and personalization at scale.
• Native‑level German and fluent English.
