Sales Advisor – Salzburg

About the role

The Sales Advisor at BOGGI Milano builds strong relationships with clients and translates the brand’s vision and commercial objectives into tangible results every day.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve the sales targets defined by the Store Manager.
• Work in synergy with colleagues, supporting the team and contributing to a climate of mutual trust.
• Maintain a positive, balanced and constructive approach, even in high‑pressure situations.
• Welcome, engage and build relationships with clients using a consultative sales approach.
• Turn analysis of key KPIs into concrete corrective actions to improve store performance.
• Deliver an excellent customer experience through storytelling, product knowledge and tailored sales.
• Manage time and daily priorities effectively.

Required profile

• At least one year of sales experience in the premium fashion or menswear sector.
• Good command of English; additional languages are a plus.
