Industry Account Manager – Retail and Manufacturing

About the role

Huawei is looking for an Industry Account Manager in Vienna to focus on the retail and manufacturing sectors. The role drives business growth, builds a partner ecosystem and converts non-Huawei customers into Huawei customers.

Key responsibilities

• Drive business growth and build a strong partner ecosystem in retail and manufacturing.
• Identify and convert customers who do not currently use Huawei equipment.
• Establish, develop and optimise industry maps to find key customers, partners, opportunities and market trends.
• Boost brand awareness and market visibility among installers through targeted marketing materials and promotions.
• Work with internal teams and external partners to maximise revenue.
• Help develop new customers, manage existing ones and keep them satisfied.
• Present solutions and services that meet or anticipate customers' future needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Management, Marketing, ICT or a related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ICT products and solutions.
• Fluent German and English, written and spoken.
• Eligible to work and live in Vienna; applications without a CV are not considered.
