Channel Development Manager & Field Force Lead - Energy & PV

About the role

Huawei is looking for a highly driven and strategic leader in Vienna to own channel business development in the Energy industry while leading and scaling its field force organisation. The role combines partner growth, go-to-market execution and operational excellence, with a focus on revenue generation, market expansion and partner enablement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute channel strategies to grow revenue and expand Huawei's presence in the energy and PV markets
• Build and manage partner relationships through joint business plans and performance tracking
• Lead and develop the field force team, set clear KPIs and ensure go-to-market strategies are executed
• Drive demand generation through events, workshops and partner enablement initiatives
• Work with sales, marketing and product teams to ensure consistent market execution
• Own pipeline development, deal support and forecasting accuracy
• Monitor business performance, track KPIs and report regularly to senior management

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Sales or a related field
• Experience in channel sales, business development or field sales leadership
• Proven track record of revenue growth through partner ecosystems
• Leadership experience managing field sales teams
• Fluent in English and German
• Eligible to work and live in Vienna
