Brand & Customer Manager – Oncology

About the role

We are a research‑driven biopharmaceutical company seeking a Brand and Customer Manager Oncology to lead marketing activities for our oncology portfolio at our Vienna site. The role will develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies, ensure compliance, and collaborate across functions to drive product impact.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies, including oncology events, congresses and patient support programmes.
• Support the Commercial Operations Lead with creation of professional oncology materials and campaigns.
• Plan, execute and optimise digital marketing campaigns across social media, email and other channels.
• Collaborate with agencies, vendors and key opinion leaders to enhance digital performance and user experience.
• Monitor market trends, competitive activities and new product launches to adjust strategies.
• Manage relationships with stakeholders, collect feedback from HCPs and co‑develop materials.

Required profile

• University degree in business, life sciences or related field.
• Strong project‑management abilities and experience working in an agile environment.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry regulations and marketing guidelines.
• Proficiency in German and English.
