Technical Support (w/m/d) - Energy Management Systems

About the role

ASKI, a member of the ABB Group, is looking for a Technical Support specialist in Zell am Moos. The position reports to the Marketing & Sales Manager and acts as the first technical point of contact for customers, working closely with the Engineering, Sales and Development teams. It is a 1st Level Support role focused on resolving technical challenges and improving products.

Key responsibilities

• Handle technical customer inquiries and incidents as 1st Level Support
• Configure, maintain, monitor and service Energy Management Systems and installations from the office
• Implement modern control and automation concepts in energy and environmental technology, perform fault analysis and resolve technical issues
• Test new ideas and features in load and energy management

Required profile

• Technical education in electrical engineering or a related field (apprenticeship, master qualification or HTL)
• Ideally some knowledge or initial experience in network and fieldbus technologies, measurement, control and automation engineering, IT or networking
• Passion for future technologies, energy systems, photovoltaics, energy storage and electric mobility
• Structured, analytical approach, commitment to quality and teamwork
