Student employee in Accounting (f/m/x) with 12-20 hours/week

About the role

Join NETCONOMY as a student employee in Accounting, working 12‑20 hours per week while completing your business studies. You will gain practical experience across international accounting processes within a 2‑3 year trainee program that can be combined with university courses.

Key responsibilities

• Paperless booking of incoming invoices, cash registers, bank and credit‑card transactions, and travel expenses for all group companies.
• Support the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.
• Assist in the preparation of tax office reports.
• Collaborate on the processing of annual audits.
• Gain insight into international treasury and help prepare payment transactions and the dunning process.

Required profile

• Ongoing business studies with a focus on accounting, finance or a related field.
• Affinity for IT and curiosity about digital accounting processes in an international environment.
• Accurate and reliable working style.
• Excellent communication skills in German and English (minimum B2 level).
