Technical Product Lead - AI Neobank

About the role

Join BJAK to lead an AI‑driven Neobank Superapp serving Southeast Asia. You will own a product vertical end‑to‑end, shaping strategy, technical design, delivery and launch while ensuring regulatory compliance and financial reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute product strategy, roadmap, metrics and priorities for a vertical.
• Collaborate with engineering to design APIs, data flows, ledgering, reconciliation, security and scalability.
• Balance trade‑offs among correctness, speed, cost, reliability, regulatory requirements and user experience.
• Integrate KYC, transaction monitoring, limits, privacy and licensing into the product.
• Apply AI/LLM where it adds value, with evaluation, safeguards and human oversight.
• Coordinate external dependencies such as regulatory approvals, financial rails and third‑party partners.

Required profile

• 5+ years of product management experience with complex technical products.
• Strong technical foundation in system architecture, APIs, databases, workflows and distributed systems.
• Experience in regulated domains such as payments, banking, remittance, insurance or trading.
• Proven ability to make difficult trade‑offs under technical, regulatory and operational constraints.
