Technical Product Lead – AI Neobank Superapp

About the role

KIRA is building an AI‑native Neobank Superapp for Southeast Asia, covering payments, remittance, insurance, wealth and trading. The Technical Product Lead will own a product vertical end‑to‑end, shaping strategy, technical design and delivery while ensuring regulatory compliance and reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the product vertical strategy, roadmap, metrics and priorities.
• Collaborate with engineering to design APIs, data flows, ledgering, reconciliation, security and scalability.
• Integrate regulatory requirements such as KYC, transaction monitoring, limits and privacy into the product.
• Apply AI and LLMs where they improve outcomes, with clear evaluation, safeguards and human oversight.
• Coordinate with design, compliance, operations, treasury and finance to align on launch requirements.

Required profile

• 5+ years of product management experience delivering complex technical products.
• Strong technical foundation in system architecture, APIs, databases, distributed systems and failure handling.
• Experience in regulated financial domains (payments, banking, remittance, insurance or trading).
• Proven ability to make trade‑offs under technical, regulatory and operational constraints.
