Senior SEO Manager

About the role

Lead SEO strategy and execution for a growing B2B AI communications software business, starting with the DACH region and expanding into international markets. This hands‑on role sits within the marketing team and works closely with website and engineering colleagues to grow organic visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Build and execute SEO strategy across DACH and additional international markets.
• Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis for both traditional and AI‑generated search results.
• Collaborate with website and engineering teams on page structure, site architecture, crawlability, and technical SEO improvements.
• Write or commission SEO‑focused content and assess its performance.
• Manage a monthly SEO budget of €20,000‑€30,000 and coordinate external agencies.
• Use platforms such as Webflow to support hands‑on SEO work.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of full‑time experience as an SEO specialist or manager with measurable improvements in rankings and traffic.
• Experience delivering SEO across multiple international markets and languages.
• Fluency in English and German with strong copywriting skills.
• Hands‑on technical SEO experience and proven collaboration with engineering teams.
• Experience managing SEO budgets and external agencies.
• Familiarity with AI search tools such as ChatGPT or Perplexity.

What we offer

• Annual salary range: €65,000‑€100,000.
