Senior Director of Brand & Content (Remote, Europe)

About the role

Hostaway is looking for a Senior Director of Brand and Content to build and lead the brand, content, and creative engine for its next stage of growth as a leading B2B SaaS platform for professional short‑term rental operators. This senior marketing leadership role will shape the market narrative, elevate category presence and create content programs that drive awareness, pipeline and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Build and lead a modern content engine producing editorial, thought‑leadership and demand‑supporting content.
• Define and own Hostaway’s brand strategy, positioning, narrative architecture and visual identity.
• Create and scale an in‑house creative team (designers, copywriters, motion/video, production).
• Implement AI‑enabled production workflows that combine generative tools for research, drafting, localization and asset creation with human oversight for strategy and quality.
• Partner with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Sales, Marketing Operations and Product to align brand, content and creative with GTM priorities and revenue targets.
• Recruit, mentor and develop the brand, content and creative team, making early hires of senior leaders and hybrid AI‑native talent.
• Decide the optimal mix of in‑house resources and external agencies.

Required profile

• Proven experience building and leading brand and content functions in a fast‑growing B2B SaaS environment.
• Demonstrated ability to create and execute brand strategy and visual identity at a global scale.
• Strong track record of hiring, mentoring and scaling high‑performing creative teams.
• Experience integrating AI tools into content production workflows.
• Ability to collaborate cross‑functionally with product, demand generation and sales teams.
