Production Line Manager, Food Production

About the role

Hubers Landhendl GmbH is looking for a line manager in food production to ensure that operations on the production line run smoothly and that product quality is safeguarded. The position is permanent, on a 2-shift schedule with a workload of 38.5 hours per week, starting as soon as possible. The workplace is in Pfaffstätt, Austria, and German is spoken there.

Key responsibilities

• Optimise processes on the production line and deploy staff efficiently
• Run the machine or plant independently
• Check and monitor compliance with hygiene regulations, cleanliness and tidiness
• Support staff induction and professional development
• Ensure products are delivered on time
• Comply with all relevant safety requirements
• Prepare for changes to existing products or the introduction of new ones on the line

Required profile

• Ideally some experience in the food sector
• Enjoy working with people and machinery
• Organisational skills and a team player
• Willingness to work two-shift patterns
• Knowledge of German is an advantage
