Head of Food Production (m/f/d)

About the role

Hubers Landhendl GmbH is looking for a department manager (m/f/d) to lead its food production team in a senior management role. The position is permanent, on a 2-shift operation with a workload of 38.5 hours, starting as of now. The employer speaks German.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, motivate and develop 200 employees
• Ensure quality, hygiene and safety standards
• Collaborate with departments such as Quality Assurance, Logistics and Development
• Optimise production processes

Required profile

• Several years' experience in food production
• Knowledge of quality management and health and safety regulations
• Assertiveness and the ability to work as part of a team
