Product Marketing Specialist - RWA

About the role

Bybit, a cryptocurrency exchange and digital financial platform, is hiring a Product Marketing Specialist for its RWA (Real World Asset) business. The role drives market promotion and business rollout of RWA products through traditional finance channels, with direct leadership of a newly formed team.

Key responsibilities

• Engage traditional brokerages, asset management firms and other institutional clients to build partnerships and get RWA products into their client recommendation systems.
• Understand institutional client structures, compliance requirements and product preferences to design targeted channel promotion strategies.
• Plan and execute promotions for traditional finance audiences, including roadshows, co-branded events and institutional sessions.
• Coordinate internal resources (Asset, BD, Compliance, Marketing, Regional teams) to run channel promotion initiatives smoothly.
• Manage the full lifecycle of channel partnerships, from proposals to follow-up and post-partnership reviews.
• Track channel metrics such as client acquisition volume, conversion rate, AUM contribution and institutional engagement, and optimise the channel strategy.

Required profile

• 3+ years of relevant experience; prior experience at a traditional brokerage, bank or asset management firm preferred.
• Familiarity with traditional financial products (bonds, funds, structured products, REITs) and institutional client decision-making.
• Basic knowledge of RWA industry concepts and projects (e.g. Ondo, Maple, Centrifuge), with the ability to explain on-chain asset logic to traditional finance audiences.
• Strong English, able to communicate independently with overseas institutions and cross-regional teams.
• Ability to drive several channel initiatives in parallel in a fast-paced environment.
