Über die Position
Im Rahmen eines 20‑Stunden‑Pro‑Woche‑Praktikums unterstützt du das 1st‑Level‑Support‑Team bei den länderübergreifenden Invoice‑to‑Pay‑Prozessen für Österreich und die Schweiz.
Hauptaufgaben
- Mitarbeit bei Teilprojekten zur Optimierung und Automatisierung der Invoice‑to‑Pay‑Prozesse.
- Abwicklung von Sonderprozessen und lokale Postbearbeitung inkl. Dokumenten‑Routing.
- Erstellung buchhaltungsspezifischer Reports und Berichte.
Anforderungsprofil
- Teamfähigkeit, selbstständiges Arbeiten und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke.
- Laufendes wirtschaftliches Studium (Betriebswirtschaft o. Ä.) ab dem 3. Semester und durchgehend immatrikuliert.
- Sehr gute Deutsch‑ und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
Erforderliche Kenntnisse
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS‑Office‑Programmen.
