Marketing & Revenue Operations Intern

About the role

Bitmovin, a global SaaS company providing video streaming technology, is looking for a Marketing & Revenue Operations Intern in Klagenfurt. The intern splits time between marketing execution (digital, events, design, PR, product marketing) and revenue-facing operations such as campaign tracking, outreach sequencing and data accuracy that support the sales pipeline. The internship lasts 6 months and starts as soon as possible.

Key responsibilities

• Triage inbound leads from the contact form and sales inbox, classify them and assign them to the right owner.
• Help set up and maintain campaign outreach sequences in Apollo, track performance and report results.
• Support Marketing Ops in campaign tracking and data accuracy across HubSpot and CRM systems.
• Support coordination of sales enablement sessions and related communications.
• Use AI tools such as Claude for research, drafting, data verification and automating repetitive tasks, and turn good ideas into repeatable workflows.
• Schedule and upload weekly posts on Oktopost, track social metrics and share monthly reports.
• Create campaign assets and support the Senior Designer.
• Review industry events with the Events Director, prepare promotional emails for event newsletters, coordinate speaker submissions and track media coverage and the PR calendar.
• Support the Product Marketing team in updating product collateral, webpages and presentations.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent computing skills, especially Word, Excel and presentation tools.
• Ability to write engaging long- and short-form content.
• Attention to detail, organisational skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Self-motivated and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in how marketing output connects to the sales pipeline.

Required skills

• Experience with Canva or similar design tools.
• Comfort with data and tracking tools (Excel/Sheets at minimum).
• Exposure to Salesforce, HubSpot or Apollo is a plus but not required.
• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude.
