Junior Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

Red Bull is looking for a Junior Digital Marketing Specialist to join its Shop Marketing Team and help drive fanwear sales. You will support campaigns across social media and email, increasing engagement, brand awareness and sales for Red Bull sports teams and events. This hands-on junior role involves contributing ideas, managing content calendars, briefing creatives and analysing performance data, with gradual ownership of campaigns and productions.

Key responsibilities

• Email marketing: support planning, development and scheduling of email campaigns in Bloomreach for product launches, sports moments and brand activations, assist with audience segmentation and targeting, maintain the email calendar, coordinate newsletters with internal project owners and help set up and optimise automated CRM and email workflows
• Social media: support planning, scheduling and publishing of content via Sprinklr across Red Bull Shop and project channels such as Instagram, TikTok and Facebook, stay up to date with platform trends and algorithm changes, and track and report performance metrics
• Content ideation and production: contribute social-first content ideas, write content briefs for internal creative and post-production teams, collaborate with external creatives, coordinate stakeholders and, when required, represent the team on-site at content productions and events

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field
• Fluent English, written and spoken
• Interest in digital marketing, CRM, social media and sports and fan culture
• Solid understanding of the social media landscape and its content formats
• Creative eye for engaging content and ability to write clear, strong briefs
• Organised, detail-oriented and able to manage several projects at once
• Analytical mindset, curious about what the numbers mean and how to improve campaign performance

What we offer

• The collective agreement states a minimum gross salary of EUR 2,334 per month, but the actual pay is based on market-oriented salaries and is significantly higher
