Junior Creative Projects Manager

About the role

As a Junior Creative Projects Manager you will support the Creative Operations Manager in delivering creative projects from brief to final delivery, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day execution.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain project trackers, timelines and status updates, follow up on deadlines and coordinate feedback rounds.
• Coordinate translations, brief the translation agency in Airtable and review copy against style standards.
• Run AI‑assisted proofreading, manage revision loops and handle final assets in the Digital Asset Management system.
• Support photoshoots, manage product shipments and ensure proper storage of final assets.

Required profile

• University degree completed.
• First experience in coordination, project management or creative operations.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Fluent English; German or another European language is a plus.

Required skills

• Airtable for translation briefings.
• Digital Asset Management system for asset handling.
• Project‑management or collaboration tools and spreadsheet proficiency.
• Familiarity with AI tools for workflow automation.
