Lead Product Designer

About the role

Join the design team at a seed‑stage AI communications SaaS company, taking hands‑on ownership of product design, brand, and design‑team leadership. You will shape experiences across several product areas for businesses using AI to manage customer communications.

Key responsibilities

• Lead product design across three product areas in close collaboration with product and engineering.
• Design hands‑on, conduct customer interviews, and develop the brand and website.
• Guide the design team while remaining involved in day‑to‑day design work.
• Set and maintain consistent design standards and build scalable design systems.

Required profile

• At least five years of end‑to‑end product design experience with ownership across multiple product areas.
• Hands‑on expertise in Figma, prototyping, user interviews, and building design systems.
• Experience leading or ready to lead a design team while staying hands‑on.
• Native‑level German and professional English.

What we offer

• Salary range: €80,000 to €150,000 annually.
