International Mobility Manager

About the role

As an International Mobility Manager you will oversee cross‑border employee mobility across the Group, ensuring compliant and efficient management of international assignments, expatriate programmes and mobility policies. You will also support executive remuneration processes and work closely with senior stakeholders in a complex international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of international assignments, including documentation, payroll coordination and repatriation.
• Advise employees, managers and HR partners on mobility policies, immigration, tax and social security requirements.
• Coordinate with external providers and authorities for work and residence permits.
• Monitor international mobility legislation to ensure compliance.
• Contribute to executive remuneration processes, compensation analyses and benchmarking.
• Prepare reports and presentations for management and governance bodies.
• Participate in strategic HR projects related to reward, mobility and workforce transformation.

Required profile

• University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, Law or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in International Mobility, Global Mobility, Total Rewards or Executive Compensation.
• Strong understanding of immigration, tax, social security and cross‑border employment practices.
• Fluency in English; German and additional CEE languages are an advantage.
