Job Interview Coach (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to help students, graduates and job seekers prepare for job interviews and boost their communication confidence. No prior teaching or coaching experience is required – just solid interview knowledge and a desire to support others.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare candidates for job interviews
• Practice common interview questions
• Improve communication and confidence
• Help craft clear answers and present experience effectively
• Conduct mock interviews and interview practice sessions
• Provide interview preparation in German or English
• Assist with CV and application‑related interview preparation

Required profile

• Good communication skills
• Interest in helping others succeed
• Professional experience or knowledge relevant to job interviews
• No previous teaching experience required
• No formal coaching qualification required
