HSSE Coordinator (m/f/d)

Key responsibilities

• Implement and monitor compliance with Austrian legislation, internal standards and client requirements for warehouse and data‑centre activities.
• Conduct site inspections, safety walks and audits, perform risk assessments and ensure follow‑up of corrective and preventive actions.
• Oversee safety aspects in logistics such as material handling, loading, transport processes and contractor management.
• Deliver inductions, toolbox talks and training sessions while promoting an open, learning‑oriented safety culture.
• Investigate incidents and near misses, track KPIs and develop action plans to improve HSSE performance.

Required profile

• Completed technical education or degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, Logistics, Environmental Management or a related field.
• Relevant experience in HSSE/EHS within logistics, industrial, construction or data‑centre environments.
• Solid knowledge of risk assessments, audits, incident investigations and Austrian regulations.
• Very good English skills, both written and spoken, for effective communication in an international setting.
• Structured, communicative and proactive attitude with a strong sense of responsibility.
