About the role

Join Zoku Vienna as a Hospitality All‑Rounder (Sidekick) and experience a dynamic internship that blends bar service, restaurant hosting, and front‑desk duties. You’ll interact with guests, craft drinks, serve meals, and share local tips, ensuring every stay feels personal and memorable.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare espresso, pour craft beer, and mix cocktails across morning, afternoon, and evening shifts.
• Serve breakfast, lunch, dinner and rooftop bites, guiding guests on wine and menu choices.
• Welcome guests at the front desk, manage check‑ins/check‑outs, and provide local recommendations.
• Rotate through departments to gain a comprehensive understanding of hotel operations.

Required profile

• Friendly, open, and enthusiastic about hospitality.
• Enjoy variety and can switch between tasks quickly.
• Proactive, hands‑on, and team‑oriented.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• EU resident or holder of a valid Austrian work permit.

Required skills

• Basic coffee‑making techniques.
• Fundamental bar‑service skills (craft beer, cocktail preparation).
• Customer‑service experience in a hospitality setting.
