About the role
In this responsible position you will work closely with the Chief Executive Officer of Anton Paar, gaining insight into the technological and organisational topics of an internationally successful high‑tech company. You will support the CEO in day‑to‑day operations and in the structured preparation of information and decision‑making materials.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare reports, analyses, presentations and meeting minutes for the CEO.
- Act as the professional communication and coordination interface between the CEO and internal and external stakeholders.
- Handle day‑to‑day operational tasks and independent organisational and administrative duties.
- Prepare, coordinate and follow up meetings and appointments, managing the CEO’s calendar.
- Organise business trips, including travel management.
- Provide support for short‑notice requests and cross‑functional topics.
Required profile
- Completed education in business administration or a related field.
- Extensive professional experience in a comparable assistant or coordination role, preferably in an industrial or technology company.
- Ability to quickly understand complex information and present it in a structured, audience‑appropriate manner.
- Strong affinity for numbers and excellent analytical skills.
- High level of discretion and trustworthy handling of sensitive information.
- Exceptional resilience under pressure, diligence and flexibility.
- Strong interest in technical and business‑related topics.
- Professional and confident demeanor with excellent communication skills.
- High initiative, solution‑oriented mindset and hands‑on mentality.
- Independent, structured and reliable way of working.
- Excellent written and spoken German and English.
