Consulting Intern (m/f/d) – Management Consulting

About the role

Oliver Wyman, a global management consulting firm, is looking for a consulting intern in Vienna. As an intern you are a fully integrated member of a project team, working alongside colleagues and clients on real business challenges from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to client projects through research, analysis, problem-solving and the development of client recommendations and deliverables.
• Work alongside experienced consultants, taking part in team discussions and client interactions.
• Receive ongoing coaching, mentorship and feedback while collaborating with colleagues across industries and capabilities.

Required profile

• Student currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree, expected to graduate within the next year; all academic backgrounds are welcome.
• Strong academic performance and intellectual curiosity.
• Prior internships in consulting-relevant environments (other consultancies, in-house consultancies, or advised industries such as banking and financial services, private equity, transportation).
• Initiative, creativity, adaptability and a strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Evidence of leadership, teamwork, entrepreneurship or extracurricular involvement is highly valued.
• Business fluency in German and English.
