Eine Top 3 Pharma-Agentur mit Büros in Wien, München und Zürich/Zug sucht einen Client Success Director (w/m/d) in Wien. Die Stelle umfasst die externe Repräsentation der Agentur, Budgetverantwortung und die eigenverantwortliche Betreuung des Kundenportfolios.
Hauptaufgaben
- Äußere Repräsentation der Agentur
- Budgetverantwortung
- Eigenverantwortliche Betreuung des Kundenportfolios
- Führung und Anleitung des Projektteams
- Maßgeschneiderte Kommunikationsstrategien entwickeln und Kunden iterativ beraten
- Markt beobachten, analysieren und daraus Handlungsmuster ableiten
Anforderungsprofil
- Top Know-how in der Pharma-Kommunikation
- Kaufmännische Ausbildung von Vorteil
- Proaktivität, vernetztes Denken und lösungsorientierte Haltung
- Souveräner Umgang auf allen Entscheidungsebenen
