City Scout - Vienna

About the role

Atlys builds an AI-first platform that removes friction from travel, having processed visas for more than 1 million travellers across 127 countries. It is looking for a City Scout in Vienna to help build its database of work-friendly cafes. You will visit assigned cafes, check details such as WiFi quality, internet speed and plug points, and submit accurate data through a short digital survey after each visit.

Key responsibilities

• Visit assigned cafes across your city and experience them as a customer, identifying places travellers would genuinely enjoy working from.
• Verify key details including WiFi availability, internet speed, passwords, plug points, seating, ambience and overall work-friendliness.
• Complete a short digital survey after every visit to contribute to a reliable database of work-friendly cafes.
• Plan visits across assigned neighbourhood clusters to cover the city efficiently while keeping quality consistent.
• Pay close attention to detail and validate every submission so the information shown in the Atlys app is trustworthy.

Required profile

• College student or someone with a flexible part-time schedule.
• Enjoys exploring the city and discovering new places.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate information gathering.
• Comfortable travelling independently within the city.
• Owns a smartphone and is reliable, proactive and self-driven.
