Bar Server (Chef de Rang) - Mayday Bar

About the role

The Mayday Bar at Red Bull Hangar-7 in Salzburg Airport is looking for a full-time server. The venue is a unique space housing historic aircraft and Formula 1 cars, and also hosts art exhibitions, Restaurant Ikarus (two Michelin stars), an outdoor lounge and a café. The server supports international guests and manages an assigned service station.

Key responsibilities

• Provide professional advice and support to international guests
• Manage an assigned service station
• Deliver professional food and beverage service in line with internal service standards
• Prepare the daily mise en place
• Ensure compliance with hygiene standards

Required profile

• Completed vocational training in the hospitality industry
• Excellent product knowledge and professional expertise
• Minimum age of 18 years
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Confident and friendly appearance
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility
• Team spirit, flexibility, resilience and reliability
• Very good command of German and English

What we offer

• Minimum salary of EUR 2,850 gross per month according to the collective agreement, with a market-oriented package that is significantly higher
