International On Premise Field Sales Specialist

About the role

Red Bull is looking for an International On Premise Field Sales Specialist to join its Global On Premise team in Salzburg, Austria. The role supports field sales excellence across international markets by identifying execution opportunities, analysing performance, sharing best practices and giving recommendations that improve field sales effectiveness. It works closely with local teams and with Sales, Key Account Management, Marketing and Field Teams.

Key responsibilities

• Support field sales excellence standards across international markets by collecting insights, identifying opportunities and sharing best practices.
• Help evaluate and optimise coverage models, outlet segmentation, call frequencies and execution frameworks, and take part in market visits to assess execution quality and follow up action plans.
• Analyse data using internal tools, benchmarking reports and performance dashboards, then recommend improvements.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and document best practices to build field sales capability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Sales, Key Account Management, Marketing and Field Teams on global initiatives.
• Support the planning and execution of internal initiatives such as Area Meetings, Summits and the Legacy Program.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in field sales or field-based commercial roles.
• Strong understanding of field sales execution, route-to-market models, outlet segmentation and commercial drivers.
• Fluent English; willingness to travel internationally; additional languages are an advantage.

• Advanced PowerPoint skills for clear, business-focused presentations.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across functions, markets and cultures.

The stated minimum salary under the collective agreement is EUR 2,362 gross per month, though the actual pay is described as market-oriented and higher.
