Consultant on Gender and Anti-Corruption Investigations

About the role

The United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) seeks an experienced consultant to lead a gender‑focused anti‑corruption training programme and provide expert advice for strengthening Haiti’s national framework on gender and anti‑corruption.

Key responsibilities

• Design, organise and deliver a five‑day Training‑of‑Trainers workshop on gender and anti‑corruption investigations, including preparation and travel to Haiti.
• Revise and finalise training modules and a manual on gender considerations in anti‑corruption investigations for dissemination.
• Facilitate expert consultations and compile recommendations to enhance Haiti’s legislative and institutional framework.
• Produce a comprehensive final document containing actionable recommendations for gender‑sensitive anti‑corruption and money‑laundering investigations.
• Support the updating of materials that strengthen Haiti’s capacity to detect, investigate, prosecute and adjudicate corruption and money‑laundering cases with a gender perspective.

Required profile

• Proven experience in gender mainstreaming and anti‑corruption investigations, preferably within UN or international settings.
• Familiarity with the United Nations Convention against Corruption (UNCAC) and UNODC’s gender equality strategy.
• Demonstrated ability to design and deliver training programmes and produce high‑quality analytical reports.
• Willingness to work remotely while undertaking travel to Haiti as required.
