International Anticorruption Consultant

About the role

The United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) seeks an International Anticorruption Consultant to support the Corruption and Financial Crime Branch (CFB) in harmonising grant management, reporting and performance monitoring across its global programmes. The assignment is home‑based and runs from 1 July to 31 December 2026.

Key responsibilities

• Implement onboarding, quarterly and outcome reporting for GLOZ99 and GLOU40 INL grants using the DevResults platform.
• Ensure a consistent approach to planning, monitoring and reporting across all CFB grants and initiatives.
• Support the finalisation of CFB’s merged global programme and related documentation.
• Review and contribute to the thematic brief analysing UNCAC provisions with human‑rights obligations.
• Provide technical assistance and guidance under the supervision of the OIC of FSS/CFB/DTA and the designated Crime Prevention and Criminal Justice Officer.

Required profile

• Proven experience in grant management, monitoring and reporting for international development or anti‑corruption programmes.
• Familiarity with UNODC standards, the United Nations Convention Against Corruption (UNCAC) and related human‑rights frameworks.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting and deliver high‑quality analytical outputs.
