Technical Trainer - Electrical Power Engineering MEA

About the role

OMICRON develops testing, diagnostic, monitoring and cybersecurity solutions for energy systems, used in more than 170 countries. As Technical Trainer for electrical power engineering, you will deliver training on products and applications, both onsite and virtually, and support knowledge transfer. The position involves international travel of up to 50%.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging training sessions (onsite, virtual, webinars) on products and applications
• Develop and maintain training materials such as presentations, manuals and e-learning content
• Customize training according to customer needs and technical levels
• Support product demonstrations, workshops and knowledge transfer activities
• Contribute to application notes, technical documentation and training improvements
• Stay up to date on product developments and power system technologies

Required profile

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• In-depth experience in power systems (generation, transmission, distribution) and protection testing
• At least 3 years of experience as a trainer delivering technical training effectively and safely
• Fluent English; Arabic or French is a plus
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 50%
