Specialist Procurement

About the role

As a Specialist in Bitpanda’s Procurement & 3rd Party Relations team, you will drive full‑cycle sourcing initiatives and high‑stakes commercial negotiations across Europe’s leading digital assets platform.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end procurement lifecycles, from requirement gathering and RFP execution to contract signing and renewal management.
• Negotiate pricing and commercial terms to maximise cost savings and total cost of ownership.
• Evaluate renewal terms, termination provisions and commercial risks in close alignment with Legal, Compliance and Information Security.
• Collaborate with internal departments and senior leadership to guide sourcing strategies and manage fast‑turnaround requests.
• Ensure compliance with third‑party risk management frameworks and optimise procurement workflows and P2P tooling.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing or vendor management within a fast‑paced, international organisation.
• Proven track record of leading complex vendor negotiations and delivering documented cost savings.
• Strong understanding of commercial contract mechanics, pricing structures, TPRM frameworks and approval workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and German.

Required skills

• Analytical and data‑driven approach to spend analysis, TCO assessment and KPI tracking.
• Ability to challenge supplier proposals and structure key commercial terms.
