Senior Manager, Oncology Marketing – Austria, Switzerland & Portugal

About the role

Regeneron is looking for a Senior Manager, Oncology Marketing to join its International Commercial team and support its oncology business across Austria, Switzerland and Portugal. The role is hybrid and involves developing and delivering brand strategy across international markets while working with Medical Affairs, global teams, agencies and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of the local brand marketing plan
• Analyse market dynamics to find opportunities and identify risks
• Shape brand strategy aligned with global direction
• Partner with Medical Affairs on market approaches
• Drive compliant promotional activities across channels
• Adapt global materials for local use
• Plan congresses, healthcare professional engagement and events

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in business, science or a related field
• 8-10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology brand marketing
• Strong knowledge of the Austrian and Swiss healthcare markets
• Experience managing agencies and external partners
• Willingness to travel approximately 30-40%
• Experience in oncology marketing, including immuno-oncology, preferred; product launch experience preferred

Required skills

• Knowledge of healthcare compliance and promotional regulations
• Proficiency in English and German
• Prioritization, relationship-building and budget management

• Salary range of EUR 87,525 to EUR 145,875 per year, depending on country, role level and experience
