About the role

agrana is seeking a motivated Shift Leader Deputy to independently operate production equipment, monitor processes, and support the shift leader in a dynamic, international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Operate the production line independently and address any disturbances.
• Ensure product specifications are met, achieve planned production volumes, and continuously optimise the process.
• Maintain quality, hygiene, cleanliness and order according to company guidelines.
• Prepare production protocols and act as the shift leader’s representative when required.

Required profile

• Completed technical apprenticeship or relevant experience in chemical‑technical production.
• Strong attention to detail, high sense of responsibility and quality awareness.
• Willingness to work flexible shift schedules.
• Leadership experience is an advantage.

Required skills

• Computer literacy (EDV‑Kenntnisse).
• Technical understanding of production processes.
